RE: Install R6 first as it is very picky about being the only client installed. Then just install 4.6 to a separate directory (including the data directory)

The only problem with this is that many add-ins look for the last installed version in the registry to choose which directory to use. I always do it so that my main version is the last one I install. In the case of ND6 (which is, as Bill said, very picky) I just rename all of the previously installed notes.ini files, do the ND6 install, and then rename them back again. You also need to move the ini files into the appropriate directory - don't leave them in the Windows directory if the install puts them there.

I cureently have R4.6, R5 and ND6 all running on the same system, sometimes simultaneously.
